Two lively and trendy cities and a timeless land. Milan captivates with its dynamic soul; Turin boasts rare elegance and the Langhe enshrine secret flavors passed on for generations. This is a journey that keeps all its promises.

Milan is both tradition and modernity, art and shopping, flavors and nightlife. To welcome you in the capital of Lombardy is the prestigious hotel in the heart of the quadrilateral of fashion, where the world-famous brands are located, a strategic position that will allow you to step into the heart of the city right away. After having settled in, we recommend a first stroll downtown. Once at the famous Cathedral, have lunch at Luini’s to enjoy a traditional panzerotto. One of Milan’s traditions is the aperitif: at sunset you can enjoy it anywhere, but the venues in the Navigli area have a unique charm.

It is not easy to imagine the amount of art masterpieces that Milan holds, but an expert guide will know how to show you its unforgettable treasures and provide recommendations for your stay. A walking tour of the historical downtown starts in the morning with the Cathedral, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza della Scala, the Church of the Holy Mary of Grace with the refectory that hosts The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, and the Sforza Castle. Enjoy the afternoon as you wish. You could visit one of the museums hosted in the Castle or go for a bike ride in the nearby Sempione Park, the green lung of the city, up to the beautiful Sirenette bridge.

Another day to immerse yourself in the Milanese life. We recommend visiting one of the most prestigious museums in Italy, the Brera academy, with paintings by Piero della Francesca, Raffaello, Bramante and Caravaggio, to mention just a few. Proceeding with your stroll, if you wish to discover a small hidden treasure, step into the Church of Saint Maurice al Monastero Maggiore: its simple facade hides a collection of frescoes and stuccos called “the Sistine Chapel of Milan". To celebrate your last evening in the city there are many possibilities, from award-winning restaurants to typical taverns where you can taste a traditional Milanese risotto or boiled meats.

Waking up in the cozy atmosphere of the Langhe is a pleasure that you will remember forever: it is time to go home, but along the road toward Milan we recommend - if time allows - to stop at Alba, the city of truffle, the economic and cultural capital of the Langhe. With a bit of food and wine shopping you will bring home the extraordinary tastes of Piedmont to relive the good times of your wonderful trip.
